RETURNS POLICY

We hope you adore your new Ami x Collective purchase! However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note.

We are only able to offer a full refund if a garment is faulty - if this does occur please email us within 30 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your Order Number to admin@amixcollective.com for further review.

We are unable to accept any returns/exchanges for items which have been customised.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

EXCHANGES

For all online exchanges, please email admin@amixcollective.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Once we have received your items you will be issued a credit note for the cost of those items, enabling you to repurchase any new products from our website. CREDIT NOTE A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.
